Teleoperation

Using my Sensor Suite, I can see and react to the surrounding environment and navigate through urban areas autonomously with a teleoperator always supervising. If I encounter any problems, I will let my teleoperator know so he can switch to “Teleoperation” mode and assist me.

I can be remotely driven from my Control Station in “Teleoperation” mode. It’s exactly like driving a regular vehicle with an automatic gearbox. We also use this mode for mapping out new delivery areas. Fun fact: you can operate me from across the world. Our current record is 8500 km (5300 mi)!
