Clevon, which has so far mainly piloted its own robotic courier service in European countries, plans to focus mainly on the US market in the next few years and to make the launching of a ready-to-eat food delivery service the main focus of its team.
Since last autumn, Clevon’s robots have been tested on the US roads and since this summer Clevon also has official commercial service experience in the US. Today, there are more than 1.4 million drivers in the US delivering food and goods to consumers every day. Clevon plans to start offering a delivery service in the US, but instead of using human couriers, it will use robots, which will save both cost and time.
Clevon also believes that the plan to expand into the US market will help it to find potential investors, given that it is one of the most popular markets and services.
